As a Senior Account Executive, you are responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth. This role requires proactive sales outreach, pitch development, and campaign execution while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact marketing solutions.
The Senior Account Executive will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Initiate and manage sales outreach, including emails, calls, and meetings.
- Prepare sales decks, pitch creative proposals, and deliver impactful campaign presentations.
- Research and develop case studies on innovative campaign ideas to present to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and other activities to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Create integrated marketing solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs promptly and ensuring successful campaign execution.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in any industry (media/advertising industry preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving financial sales targets.
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in deal acquisition and closure.
- Experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
- Strong networking skills, with a network either with the government sector/media agency/creative agency is a bonus.
- Own transportation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
