Social Media & Influencer Executive

The Social Media & Influencer Executive is responsible for supporting and managing the agency's roster of exclusive digital talents which oversees day-to-day logistics, including campaign timelines, content planning, payment tracking, and general talent needs. This role ensures talent to scale their personal brands while ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact results for brand clients.

The Social Media & Influencer Executive will be reporting directly to the Talent Manager.

01 Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between talents and brand clients.
  • Manage campaign briefs, schedules, and deliverables to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively flag delays or risks to the Talent Manager.
  • Maintain accurate talent rate cards, contract terms, and financial transaction records.
  • Track payment schedules and partner with the finance team to ensure timely processing.
  • Develop and manage strategic content calendars tailored to each talent’s personal brand.
  • Research trends and source fresh content ideas to expand reach and drive brand awareness.
  • Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights for future content optimization.
  • Proofread and perform basic editing on all talent content prior to publishing.
  • Ensure all outputs strictly align with client guidelines, campaign objectives, and the talent’s identity.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to talents to maintain high-quality production

02 Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or social media is advantageous but prior related internship can be considered
  • Has own transport and is able to drive.
  • Genuine passion for social media, creator culture, and the influencer industry.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media trends, and content creation.
  • Prior experience in working with high-profile talents or influencers
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written & verbal) skills, and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
